One of the most common questions I get as a Pro Beach Volleyball player is "what do you do to stay so healthy and recover after these intense matches?"
Nutrition is one of the key components to any athletes arsenal, and to improving anyone's, athlete or not, daily life. So I am going to share my secrets, the supplements and products I stand behind, along with tips useful for all ages and levels! At 5'6, I can not afford to be anything less than 100% energy wise, so all the info below, is from personal experience and what I found that works!
I have finally found a product and brand that I feel is simple, clean, and improve my performance and recovery.
